XP安装IIS及Framework后无法访问.net页面解决方案

XP先安装了VS 2003，后工作需要，要调试.net网站，安装了IIS，不过安装完成后无法正常访问.net页面
查看系统日志，发现如下错误

aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is 80004005. This error can be caused when the worker process account has insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the .NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation directory allow access to the configured account.

查了网上相关资料，指出可能是asp.net用户权限问题，马上查看"管理工具"里的“计算机管理”，转到“用户”，发现aspnet用户被停用，马上开启，这个时候注意要重启web服务，可以使用iisreset命令。然后问题就顺利解决。
